What we collect

Details you give us through our enquiry forms, our AI assistant or WhatsApp: your name, phone number, email address, city, company and information about your shipment.
Conversation content when you chat with Ultra, our AI assistant.
Basic technical data such as your IP address, used only to protect the website from abuse (for example, rate limiting).

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and provide the logistics services you ask for.
To contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about your enquiry.
To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Our AI assistant

Messages you send to Ultra are processed by our AI provider to generate replies. When you choose to share your contact details, the assistant sends them, with a transcript of the conversation, to our team by email so we can follow up. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat. The assistant can make mistakes; our team confirms every quote.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run this website and respond to you: our website host, our email delivery provider and our AI provider. They may process data on our behalf, including outside India, under their own security and confidentiality commitments.

Storage on your device

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage keeps your chat with Ultra for 24 hours so the conversation survives page changes. You can clear it at any time with the “New chat” button or your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw your consent. Email management@ultratrans.in and we will respond promptly.
